She was more than my mom...she was my friend. She taught me to work hard and to love music and reading and life. She left this earth quite awhile ago, but like good music...the melody of her memory lingers on...
but added to that, a healthy dose of a love for traveling and a kindness for animals. I can remember bringing home so many strays... if I could just get them to Dad, I knew I was "home free"! He's gone now too...and I miss him dearly.
Deb is my best friend on this earth. She has been there for me from the beginning...a love without end. She's smart and beautiful and I'm proud of her. She's really a dedicated person... she serves our community through her work on many committees and programs, and she serves our nation in the Air Force Reserves. but by everything that is holy, this wonderful woman is my SISTER. When I was hurt in my accident Evey took care of EVERYTHING for me. She came to the nursing home every day, she did my laundry, took care of my dogs, paid my bills, you name it--she did it! After I got home she cleaned my house, drove me everywhere I needed to go, held me close when I cried, and held my hand when I was afraid. Evey I wouldn't have made it without you!
ALHAMDULLILAH! He was born in Pakistan, but is now living with his wife, Uzma, and their three children. He has received his PhD. from the University of Tokyo, Japan. And is now employed as a scientist there. Imran is a one-in-a-million friend and his love is a special blessing!
